Nontshaba Group Holdings (pty)Ltd was established in 2024 with the sole goal of providing good services across all of its business operations. The Nontshaba Group principally concentrates on two industries: mechanical engineering and farming. However, the company intends to expand into other sectors.

The mechanical engineering department focuses on a variety of topics, although its primary focus is on big and small diesel engines. These would be large vehicles, yellow plant machinery, generators, forklifts, and small diesel engines such as automobiles that all run on diesel. Furthermore, the farming department focuses on both tissue oil farming and crops, namely cabbage.
